Tangierine Cafe is a hidden treasure of Epcot! The food here has some great healthy options that are still full of flavors. I think it often gets skipped over since the food isn’t as familiar to everyone. But in reality the food isn’t crazy adventurous, it all is based around well-marinated meats like chicken and lamb that are paired with grains. If you don’t like couscous you can always substitute for French fries here. I am so disappointed we never went here when I was a kid because my parents are not adventurous eaters.

Tangierine Café Dishes
The following is a few of the dishes we have tried from their menu.
We normally always go for the Kefta pocket below but my husband branched out and tried this chicken wrap and loved it.
This is served with served with Marinated Olives, Salsa, and French Fries. It’s my go-to item on the menu I just love it! It has such a great flavor and is a healthy alternative to the standard burger or chicken nugget fast food options.
They actually put out their items on display so you can see what you are going to get!
No reservations are needed for Tangierine Café.

Now I am hoping to share my Disney knowledge with you so you can have the best vacation possible!
