A Tour Around Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
When you eat here I highly recommend scouting out the room that is designed to look like you are eating out side of an Inn. It’s our favorite spot to eat at. It makes you feel like you are eating outside even though you are inside.
The famed toppings bar! This once used to have unlimited guacamole, but as expected that was pulled and now is a upcharge item that has to be ordered. Toppings here are lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, pico de gallo, salsa, cheese and more!
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe Dishes
The following is a few of the dishes we have tried from Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe’s menu.
Behold let’s start with the family favorite, the beef nachos. This no lie is everyone’s go to menu item. Even though we normally eat here when needing to grab a fast meal at the Magic Kingdom we have only eaten a few items off the menu. This is because time and again we keep getting the nachos. When they give it to you it’s just beef and nachos topped with a delicious white queso sauce. Then you head back to the toppings bar and load it up with whatever you want, lettuce, corn, Pico de Gallo, cheese and so much more.
Pecos Bill also has some good tacos, above is the tacos of the month. Which just so happened to be pork mojo and they were amazing. I wish they had these every month they were that good. And yes, they were good enough to actually not make me order them over the beef nachos.
If the taco of the month isn’t your flavor there is always the option to get tacos three ways! Here you can mix and match what meat you want and then you top everything at the fixing bar afterward. You have the option of beef, chicken, or spicy fried cauliflower.
Here is a look at the chicken nachos, a recent addition to the menu. This is the exact same deal as the beef nachos above just this one is with chicken. They were alright it was the same meat they use for their chicken fajita platter. I still prefer the beef over this but you may not! I think if they chopped the chicken up into cubes versus the stripes it would have helped a lot. The chicken itself was seasoned and wasn’t overly dry.
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe Recommendation
When the lines are crazy over at Be Our Guests this a great fallback lunch option. There is always plenty of indoor air-conditioned seating here, though during peak times we have seen this place completely full.
