The second is La Hacienda de San Angel which sits on the World Showcase Lagoon and is also a sit-down restaurant. La Hacienda de San Angel Dining Review 3

This was the view out the window where we were seated. It made for such a nice relaxing meal where we able to chill before getting back out in the Florida heat.

La Hacienda de San Angel Dishes

The following is a few of the dishes we have tried from their menu.

Chips and Salsa

Chips and Salsa

Guacamole with mango pico de gallo

Guacamole with mango pico de gallo

We both enjoyed the guac, it came out super fast. I did find it a little on the spicy side, but I really don’t like any spice in my food. I tried to order without jalapenos but unfortunately, you can’t at this location.

Pollo al Pastor

Pollo al Pastor, Achiote marinated half chicken served with roasted vegetables, beans and pineapple relish

This dish was full of flavor and not overcooked. I was impressed considering how fast the food came out, that the quality was so good.

Taquiza

Taquiza. Taco sampler featuring grilled chicken with green tomatillo sauce, grilled steak with roasted Chipotle sauce and rajas poblanos, pork Chilorio served with queso fresco, and battered fish served with a Mayo-Chipotle sauce topped with cabbage

Since I was having a hard time picking what to get I went with the dish where I get a little bit of everything! I loved them all, it was my first time having fish tacos and I even enjoyed that as well.

They bring rice and beans and fajitas family style for everyone to enjoy. Honestly, we had so much food already we hardly touched these! But they were both very good.

La Hacienda de San Angel Recommendation

We were pleasantly surprised with our meal and service here. The last time I ate at the counterpart Mexico restaurant inside the pavilion my whole meal was pretty disappointing. However, here at La Hacienda de San Angel we had an excellent meal and look forward to going back and trying out some of the other menu items.
