Nestled in the Black Spire Outpost is this tasty eatery, Ronto Roasters. The grab and go counter features a sandwich, snacks, and beverages. This location is located right next to Batuu’s other quick-service dining, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. Plus it is right on the way to riding the Millenium Falcon Smugglers Run!

A Look Around
Here is a little on the backstory of this dining spot. Ronto Roasters, is named for the large pack animals of Tatooine. What will likely draw your attention as you pass by is its large pod racing engine firing up a barbecue pit. How else would you fire up the BBQ on Batuu, right?
When you enter the queue to order, you will find a former smelter droid, 8D-J8, carefully turning the spit of meats. You can see him on the right in the picture below.
Not sure what to order go for the stall’s signature Ronto Wrap of roasted pork and grilled sausage. The Tatooine Sunset specialty drink may have you reminiscing about gourmet flavored iced tea and lemonade.

Breakfast Options
This the breakfast version of the Ronto wrap. Of course, it was just as good as lunch. If I ever have to do another early morning Rise of the Resistance wait again, I know I will be heading back here for one of these wraps.
This is a look at the Rising Moons Overnight Oats. If you are in the mood for a yogurt this is the best option to go with. While it’s filled with oat the yogurt flavor came through strongest.
Lunch/Dinner Options
It’s the quintessential hand-held theme park snack. The wrap is filled with Roasted pork, grilled pork sausage, peppercorn sauce, tangy slaw wrapped in a thick pita. Thankfully with the double stack of pork in this wrap, it’s nice and hearty and can easily fill you.
I was worried about the sausage being spicey and have questionable seasoning. If you ask me the sausage tasted just like a hot dog so no complaints there. The slaw was a perfect crunchy pairing with the meat. I gave this two thumbs up, we will be coming back to Ronto’s for more wraps for sure!
We didn’t give the jerky a try on this trip but here is a look at it. I was a little freaked out by how much the jerky looked like little rats and critters! Not the most appetizing image to see on the counter.
Ronto Roasters Recommendation
We wish that Ronto would start to franchise out because this snack is a huge win in our book. Great snack well thought out, not overly heavy for the heat but not so light you will be hungry again in an hour.
