A Tour Around Ravello
To find the restaurant you must head down one floor to level one. There you can follow the signs to Ravello tucked in the far corner of the resort by the pools. I wasn't sure what to expect but was blown away by the grand modern decor. The image above shows you the view when you walk in which has the check-in desk immediately to your left.
Ravello does have an open kitchen, it was very reminiscent of the Flying Fish experience if you ask me. They have both indoor and patio dining. We were very lucky and got seated inside right by the kitchen.
How cool are these light up menus? It's like a mini light board with the paper menu on top, reminded me a lot of like a kindle concept just without the e-ink. Once the sunsets the restaurant does get pretty dark so this concept is genius.
Dishes from Ravello
Here is a look at the dishes we tried from Ravello at the Four Seasons.
We had a late dining reservation here so we were quick to order an appetizer to start us all out. Our waiter highly recommended the Focaccia bread it was topped with tomatoes and melted cheese. It also comes with two dipping sauces. The green was a pesto, parmesan, olive sauce, which I thought was pretty bland. The other dip is a sun-dried tomato spread that is full of flavor. I am not a sun-dried tomato fan normally but it was fantastic!
For my main course, I opted for some of their freshly made pasta. The meat sauce was amazing and the huge ribbon pasta was perfect, it's one of my favorite types of pasta. The meat just melted in your mouth and the flavor was pretty mild, no need to worry about spicy here.
The ravioli is stuffed with veal, spinach, and ricotta. Then topped with wild mushrooms, truffle essence. As you can see this meal looked absolutely amazing. The waiter commented this was the most popular pasta dish on their menu and I have no doubt as to why. This is a dish for mushrooms lovers so if you aren't a fan you may want to look for something else. The pasta was fresh as promised and the meat inside just melted in your mouth but the truffle sauce is what makes this dish!
The pizza here is huge, more than enough for one person to enjoy. This is the Pizza alla Salsiccia topped with Homemade Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Cured Ham, Mozzarella, Basil Oil. I was able to steal a slice from my friend and it was very similar to the pizza from Via Napoli but a much thicker crust. Two thumbs up on the pizza option. Plus this was one of the less expensive options on the menu and could easily be split with someone else.
In fact, we liked the pizza so much we went back to try a few more flavors. All the pizza flavors were winners in our book.
The desserts seemed way over my head so I kept it simple and went with their house-made gelato. They had a few flavors to choose from and I got the vanilla and chocolate combo, because why not pick two!
My friends both went for the Torta and they loved it!
Ravello Recommendation
Enjoying dinner at Ravello is truly a whole experience. On this night I was enjoying a night out with friends and it turned into a more than two-hour meal. We didn't even realize how long we had been there until the checks arrived. The grounds of the Fours Seasons are absolutely beautiful as well as the interior of the hotel. I highly recommend getting there early and taking a romantic stroll around the resort. Another good thing to note is that Four Seasons only offers valet parking. If you dine at one of their restaurants they will validate your parking so it is free. If you have ever eaten here? Leave your Ravello dinner dining review in the comments section below!

I have been visiting the parks annually since my parents first brought me at just a year old. Recently I was able to fulfill my life long dream of being a Florida local and moved from the wintery Northeast to the sunshine and fun of central Florida. Now I am hoping to share my Disney knowledge with you so you can have the best vacation possible!
