Still determined to be one of the first to travel to the moon of Pandora? No worries! We have a few tips that are going to help you get to experience the most while on Pandora.

Extended Theme Park Hours
For a limited time from May 27 to July 4, 2017, Disney’s Animal Kingdom park will be open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, giving you more time than ever to explore Pandora, The World of Avatar. If you are staying off property this is your best bet.
If you have read any of our other tips you are already going to know what we are going to say! Rise and shine early, low crowds are found first thing in the morning. Be sure to be lined up at the ticket entrance for 8 am and head straight to Avatar Flight of Passage. For more on this attraction be sure to read What to Expect on Avatar Flight of Passage.
“Extra” Extra Magic Hours
If you are staying a Walt Disney World Resort hotel DO NOT MISS this opportunity! Disney is opening up what they are dubbing “Extra” Extra Magic Hours, exclusively in Pandora – The World of Avatar. The hours are from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM, May 27 to July 4, 2017.
Please note: this benefit is in addition to the Extra Magic Hours already available to Disney Resort hotel Guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park.
Plan Ahead with FastPass+
And finally, be sure to book FastPass+ selections for Avatar Flight of Passage or Na’vi River Journey long before you arrive. If you are faced with picking always go with Avatar Flight of Passage. The Na'vi River Journey is a constantly moving ride that allows lots of people to ride at once which makes us believe the wait times will be far shorter for this attraction.

On the My Disney Experience App, you can only select one of the two new rides for fast pass. :-/ But you're absolutely right: go for Flight of Passage as it is the higher thrill ride and like you said, the Na'vi River Journey is constantly moving. We went with Flight of Passage for our June trip and are just planning on being there at rope drop to go straight to Na'vi River Journey!
