Breakfast is a quintessential part of every day. When you are at Disney it’s extra important to make sure you are properly fuel to handle a day of full-on in park fun. Let’s break down your options on where to eat breakfast at Epcot.
Sit Down Epcot Breakfast Options
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
If you are looking to dine with a whole lot of princesses this is the perfect stop. It’s also a fantastic place to dine if you are looking to get into line early for Frozen Ever After. Akershus breakfast starts as early as 8 am, this gets you in well before the park opens and an opportunity to get empty park pictures on your way back to Norway for your breakfast.
The Garden Grill Restaurant

This family style restaurant serves your breakfast staples with a side of extra character. You can find this rotating restaurant inside of the Land pavilion at Epcot. The cool thing other than the rotating is it looks down into the attraction, Living with the Land. During breakfast, you will find Chip, Dale, Pluto and Mickey Mouse!
Food wise as we said before it’s your basic breakfast staples at Disney World. Eggs, Mickey Waffles, Sticky Buns, ect. It’s pretty normal stuff here the real appeal is getting to see your favorite classic Disney characters.

Sunshine Seasons

If you are looking for breakfast options outside of doughnuts, muffins, and bagels Sunshine Season is your best bet. Besides normal breakfast dishes like eggs, there are also salads, fruits, cheese plates, etc. They also have a surprisingly large selection of beverages.
Fountain View

This is the Starbucks location at Epcot. It’s located right in the front of the park and easy to get to. If you are a Starbucks fan you can get your fix of drink and breakfast options here. If you were hoping to sit and enjoy breakfast this isn’t the stop for you. The seating here is limited to a few tables outdoors only.
World Showcase Breakfast Options
If you can wait to have breakfast until World Showcase opens at 11 am then you may want to consider Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe and Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie who sometimes are to open as early as 9 am.
Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe is located in Norway. So this makes it a great stop if your early morning goal is to make it on Frozen Ever After. This bakery is well-known for its school bread. Which for those like me who had no idea what the heck that was before becoming a Disney nut, it’s a sweet roll filled with vanilla custard and topped with vanilla icing and coconut.
Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie is the bakery tucked into the back of France. You can expect your typical French bakery items here like croissants, macarons, eclairs, and many more.
