How to Order an Item After you Leave Disney World

Have you ever left Disney World wishing you had picked up that perfect plush Porg? There certainly have been times where I wished I had bought something or have been times when I was unable to pick up what I wanted because it was sold out in the parks (ahem, Rose Gold ears). You can call Disney Mail order but with the recent release of an app and a revamped Disney Store online there are new ways to get the Disney merchandise. So let’s look at how to order an item after you leave Disney World.

These tips work for Disney World, Disneyland, and the Disney Cruiseline merchandise. So no matter where you go in the Disney universe they have your back!

Shop Online at shopDisney.com

Select park-exclusive items can be found at shopDisney.com. If you are trying to stock up on some things before you vacation this is a great way to get a discount. Periodically throughout the year, they will run sales, meaning you can score better deals than buying them in the park! Scroll down to the bottom of their website and sign up for their emails so you can stay notified of their sales when they happen!

Use the Shop Disney Parks App

Update: Disney has closed down this app and you can no longer buy anything. You can find out more information and download the app here. The great thing is this app has just about everything you can buy in the parks. If you don’t find something on the website check the app because some stuff you can just find there. Plus when you are browsing through things you will notice they actually provide you with the nearest store location in the park. So if you are at Disney World it’s a great way to hunt something down.

I ordered items from Disney 2 Hours after recieving an email that an item I looked for for over 2 months was in stock. I Placed my orderand Ways Gold it World be 2 or 3 weeks for delivery. I called today, to check order status after 3 weeks and was told that the order never shipped as it was out of stockšŸ¤¢Very disappointing. I believe since the company had my phone number,email, and credit card number, I should have been notified by customer service rather being informed when I called them

I bought an item May 21st at Mombasa Marketplace Store # 6101 it is to large and I would like to rtn it. My season pass is now blocked how would I rtn item. No one is p/u phone with the number 877-560-6477 for two days now. If I wanted music I would put the radio on.
