Snacks at Disney World have become a popular staple of many vacations to the vacation kingdom. The crazy thing is Disney is constantly coming out with new treats for you to enjoy. The overwhelming variety can make it hard to figure out what to prioritize. There are only so many treats you can fit into one vacation! Here are the Disney World treats you should enjoy every trip!

Dole Whip

I had to start the list with my favorite, the Dole Whip! It’s a cult Disney classic. You can get you dole whip straight up, which is my personal favorite. You can also get the Dole Whip float which is the drink pictured above. For more read our in-depth dive on the Pineapple Dole Whip.

Ohana Bread Pudding

Disney World Treats you Should Enjoy Every Trip 1

Getting a reservation to Ohana can be a challenge but my oh my is it worth it! The bread pudding is the dessert served at the end of your family style, all you care to eat meal. I didn’t even know I liked bread pudding until I ate here so if you are skeptical don’t be! If you want some reservation tips, read the Secret to Getting Ohana Reservations.

Mickey Beignets

Mickey Beignet at Port Orleans Resort

This treat I will admit is off the beaten path at Disney World. In order to eat the fresh goodness of these Mickey Beignets you will have to venture to Port Orleans French Quarter. You can get your beignets Mickey shaped or square and as is or as a sundae. Pro tip: in the fall they also have the option to get them in pumpkin spice!!

Mickey Ice Cream Bar

Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar

It doesn’t get more classic than the Mickey Premium ice cream bar! This simple dessert has won over the hearts of Disney fans everywhere. So what is a Mickey Premium bar? It’s a Mickey shaped slab of vanilla ice cream, dipped in chocolate. Think a Klondike bar, but instead Mickey shaped.

Pressed Brioche Ice Cream Sandwich

To pick up this spin on an ice cream sandwich you will need to head over to the France pavilion in Epcot. There is a tiny ice cream shop called Artisan des Glaces tucked in the back. Here you will want to order the Croque Glaces aka the wonderous Brioche Pressed Ice Cream Sandwich.

It’s a delicious mix of warm and cold plus a mix of crispy and chewy. This treat starts with a freshly baked brioche bun that is then filled with your choice of any scoop of house-made ice cream or sorbet they offer. The sandwich is then topped with your choice of chocolate or raspberry sauce.

Bubble Waffle Sundae

Bubble Waffle Sundae at Disney Springs

Above is the Salted Caramel Bubble Waffle. You can get this at the Aristocrepe kiosk in Disney Springs, across from Rainforest Cafe. This dessert is filled with chocolate ice cream, chocolate-covered pretzel pieces, crispy pearls, caramel sauce, and whipped cream. If strawberry is more your thing there is also a Strawberry Bubble Waffle. This one is filled with vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and strawberry pearls.

Note if you are planning on a daytime trip to Disney Springs on weekdays, this little kiosk doesn’t open until 4:00 PM. On the weekend you will find this spot open at noon.

Funnel Cake

Maple Bacon Funnel Cake Epcot

If you are at Epcot you also need to make a stop in America. There is a funnel cake stand right on the main walkway that serves these beauties. Funnel cake with a slab of ice cream served right on top. This one, pictured above, is a Food and Wine special of maple ice cream topped with candied bacon.

Cheshire Cat Tail

Cat Tail Pastry at Magic Kingdom

I may be a bit bias on this one, as a giant cat fan! This “cat tail” treat is served over in Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom. The reality is this is just a chocolate danish twist with some fancy purple icing. It’s great for getting pictures and it’s absolutely delicious. You can pick it up at the Cheshire Cafe right next to the teacups ride.
