City Works is the newest sports bar to open up at Disney Springs. You can find it right next to the NBA Experience that took the place of the former Disney Quest. It’s a great spot to watch the game, enjoy a wide selection of beer, and more. They lovingly refer to themselves as beer geeks, not snobs. Which just shows how passionate they are about their beer options. Let’s dig into this review of City Works Eatery and Pour House.
Note: we were invited by City Works to sample the dishes below however our thoughts and opinions are our own.

A Tour Around City Works Eatery and Pour House
Inside City Works is wide open spaces, perfect for viewing the game or looking out onto the people visiting Disney Springs. The restaurant features both indoor and outdoor dining.
If you are curious about what’s on tap you won’t need to look far. Hung right up on their wall is the selection of over 90 beers on tap. In fact, the menu is so large it actually spans both sides of the massive bar that runs down the whole back wall of this restaurant.
City Works Eatery Dishes
The following is a few of the dishes we have tried from their menu.
Appetizers
Duck nachos are piled on top of fried wontons versus your traditional tortilla chip.
A popular starter is the Kung Pao Cauliflower. It consists of Roasted Cauliflower, Sweet Peppers, Green Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Arbol Chiles, Fried Peanuts, Chili Oil, Sweet-and-Spicy Tamari. It is also possible to add Chicken or shrimp to this starter.
If you’re looking to go the salad route the chopped salad was my favorite thing I got to sample on our trip. This variation on a salad is filled with Grilled Chicken, Romaine, Iceberg, Red Leaf, Applewood-smoked Bacon, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Avocado, Sweet Herb Vinaigrette.
Entrees
Here is a look at the pan-seared salmon. The dish is accompanied by butternut squash purée, olive oil poached fingerling potatoes, salsa verde, succotash.
Smoked BBQ Platter. This sharable entree is piled up with hardwood-smoked baby back ribs, half chicken, pulled pork, Louisiana hot link, lime queso butter grilled corn, spicy maple bacon baked beans.
Short Ribs on top of potato puree and then smothered in crispy onions.
Just looking at this dish makes your mouth water. That’s a 10-oz Bone-In Center-cut Pork Chop, Potato Purée, Chipotle-Maple Glaze, Cinnamon-spiced Apples, Crispy Buttermilk Onion Rings.
Filet Mignon Sliders includes two Grilled Filet Medallions, Caramelized Onions, Horseradish Cream, Pretzel Roll, and choice of Olive Oil-Parsley Fries or Side Salad. I really enjoyed this one and was delighted to find the horseradish wasn’t too overpouring.
City Works Eatery and Pour House Recommendation
Overall our City Works dining review is two thumbs up! I am not a beer person but I still throughly enjoyed my meal here. I was so impressed with our waiter who was touting his claim to fame of making a beer drinker out of anyone. I can’t wait to go back with some of our beer aficionado friends and see how they dive into the impressive selection here.

I have been visiting the parks annually since my parents first brought me at just a year old. Recently I was able to fulfill my life long dream of being a Florida local and moved from the wintery Northeast to the sunshine and fun of central Florida. Now I am hoping to share my Disney knowledge with you so you can have the best vacation possible!
