You will find Monsieur Paul located on the second story in France at Epcot. This is by far Epcot's fanciest dining option available. Monsieur Paul was formerly Bistro de Paris. In 2012 the restaurant underwent a renovation and is now a tribute to the legendary chef and owner Paul Bocuse. If you are looking for the entrance of this restaurant it is tucked around the back on your way to the bakery. Let's take a look at our full Monsieur Paul dining review.

A Tour Around Monsieur Paul
A look at the inside of Monsieur Paul restaurant at France in Epcot.
A look at the entrance of Monsieur Paul, they do have a menu posted outside.
Once you enter into the lobby you will be greeted by a giant spiral staircase that takes you up to the dining area. You will notice the walls are lined with pictures of the Bocuse family.
Elegance is everywhere inside of Monsieur Paul. Everything from the patterned carpet, chandeliers, drapery, and wallpaper just screams Parisian life.
I just loved the detail of how the napkins are folded like a chef's jacket.
Dishes from Monsieur Paul
Here is a look at the dishes we tried from our dinner at Monsieur Paul.
There is a separate server that will come around and offer you bread. You can choose from a classic baguette, a roll with melted swiss on top and a parmesan garlic herb twist.
Everyone at the table ended up going with the filet. It just looked so good none of us could pass it up. The steak was topped with an herb butter and had a very mild taste. The dish wasn't packed with flavor but the steak was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth.
On the side was this cute little dish of fingerling potatoes mixed with spinach. Again not a ton of flavor but perfectly cooked.
For dessert, I went with the chocolate almond cake that had a little bit of a raspberry filling in the center. It was AMAZING!
Chocolate lovers look no further than this dessert. When delivered your server will pour hot chocolate over the top and it will melt like shown above. Inside is a warm chocolate almond cake, hazelnut biscuit, and chocolate ice cream.
Monsieur Paul Dining Review Recommendation
You have two routes when you go dine at Monsieur Paul. You can order a la carte or order from one of their pre-fixe menus. Note if you are using the Disney Dining plan there is a surcharge for this.
By far the dessert is the best part about Monsieur Paul. The options for your main entrée are very limited here but everything was cooked to perfection. Service was top-notch and there was nothing our waiter missed during our entire meal. If you are looking for a unique way to watch Illuminations there are some incredible views at this restaurant.

I have been visiting the parks annually since my parents first brought me at just a year old. Recently I was able to fulfill my life long dream of being a Florida local and moved from the wintery Northeast to the sunshine and fun of central Florida. Now I am hoping to share my Disney knowledge with you so you can have the best vacation possible!
