I know this is going to be a controversial statement but I actually prefer the food at Flower and Garden more than the Food and Wine Festival. There are some great creative food dishes this year and below we are sharing what we think the stars of the festival are! Let’s take a look at our favorite Epcot Flower and Garden Festival eats.
Note: This is just out of what we have tried at the festival so far, we are hoping to keep updating the list throughout the festival.
Best Dishes at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival
Toasted Pretzel Bread
I really shouldn’t have to say any more than pretzel bread but it’s topped with black forest ham and melted Gruyère cheese. My husband and I fought over who got to eat this one. I recommend ordering two so no marital disputes occur on your vacation. You can find this one in Germany at the Bauernmarkt Farmer’s Market.
Macaron au Chocolat en Sucette
I am sure you already guessed but this dessert is in France at the Fleur de Lys booth. Fair warning this is chocolate overload! It’s a little crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. It was a very rich chocolate mousse in the middle. You are definitely going to need a drink to wash this one down.
Fried Cauliflower
You know I am not the biggest fan of cauliflower nor is my husband but we both loved this dish. I guess you can’t go wrong with fried food and ranch right? This dish is served with capers, garlic parsley, and chili ranch sauce. Order this item in Morocco at the Taste of Marrakesh. We actually got everything from here (Chicken Kebab and Baklava) and thought everything paired very nicely together made for a perfect mini dinner and dessert!
Frushi
WOW! This was just the perfect amount of sweetness. I love sushi and Frushi just takes it to a whole new level. Everything was super fresh and the toasted coconut was the perfect touch.
Violet Lemonade
Found at the Pineapple Promenade booth this was also a hit at last year’s festival when it was first introduced. You can now even find fan shirts that are dedicated to this delicious drink. The sweet lemonade is the perfect refreshing drink for a hot Florida day! Plus its vibrant color makes for some awesome pictures!
Tandoori Chicken
If you are the mood for some flatbread head over to the Honey Bee-stro. This booth is located right near the kids festival playground and the Pineapple Promenade. Honey Tandoori Chicken Flatbread is topped with White Cheddar Cheese, charred vegetables, Clover Honey Sour Cream and Micro Watercress. Plus if you are stopping in here, there is one more must-try dessert!
Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake
Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with Orange Blossom Honey Ice Cream garnished with Fennel Pollen Meringue Kisses. You can’t really tell in the picture but the honey in the center of the cheesecake has glitter in it! Which is so much awesomeness!!

I have been visiting the parks annually since my parents first brought me at just a year old. Recently I was able to fulfill my life long dream of being a Florida local and moved from the wintery Northeast to the sunshine and fun of central Florida. Now I am hoping to share my Disney knowledge with you so you can have the best vacation possible!
