I have probably far too many childhood photos of me at Disney World proudly sporting a fanny pack. For years this was one of those things you would look back and cringe at, thinking what the heck was I wearing. But I guess as with most fashion if you wait around long enough it will come back in trend. In the last year or so we have seen fanny packs or belt bags making a resurgence. So we wanted to share with you a few of our favorite Disney theme fanny packs from Boxed Lunch.
Gus Gus could’ve used this Loungefly fanny pack to store his pile of corn kernels! We’re obsessed with the embroidered sewing thread and button details, depicting Gus Gus and Jaq as they whip up a dress for Cinderella. I mean how can you not fall in love with the measuring tape for the belt strap? You can shop this Cinderella fanny pack here.
Of course, every shopping list must come with a rose gold recommendation. You can wear this to strut down Main Street USA in style with this rose gold fanny pack! The magic is in the details with Minnie Mouse’s ear cutouts and sparkly bow. Shop this look here.
Here is a look at another classic. It’s just the right size for a day at the parks, this fanny pack has a patchy Mickey Mouse inspired design including Mickey’s shorts, ears, gloves, and shoes! You can find this Mickey fanny pack here.
Danielle Nicole Disney Tinker Bell Belt Bag

Feel like Rex and can’t take all this uncertainty?! Well, we’re certain that we adore Rex on this faux leather fanny pack by Loungefly! This fanny pack features die-cut and graphic details on the outside. Zip it open to reveal green interior lining featuring the silhouettes of characters from Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story. You can shop for this fanny pack here.
So what do you think? Would you wear a fanny pack to Disney World? I personally love being hands-free and taking the weight off my shoulders. It’s great since I am normally lugging around at least one heavy camera with me in the parks!
I have been visiting the parks annually since my parents first brought me at just a year old. Recently I was able to fulfill my life long dream of being a Florida local and moved from the wintery Northeast to the sunshine and fun of central Florida. Now I am hoping to share my Disney knowledge with you so you can have the best vacation possible!
