Seats and Sweets
At a slightly higher price point is the Seats and Sweets option at $114 per adult and $69 per child ages 3-9. You are paying a premium for the seat itself. You will have a seat not only while enjoying your dessert, but also when you are watching the fireworks!
Your feet will probably be killing you after your long day in the Magic Kingdom, so they seat will be a welcome respite! But it is important to note that the actual location isn't as good as the other 2 parties that view the show from one of the hub grass areas.
There is no pre/post party options for the Seats and Sweets tickets. Those with these tickets will enjoy dessert prior to the fireworks. There will be no food and beverages served during or after the fireworks.

Our Review
We booked our Happily Ever After Dessert Party with a member who was in an ECV. I was very nervous that they wouldn't have a great view. Let's face it, people in ECVs just see people's butts all day. The Cast Members assured me that the handicap area for the dessert party was ample. HE WAS NOT KIDDING!
There was so much room! My mom and I cried happy tears while we enjoyed the most amazing view of the Happily Ever After that we had ever seen! These tickets were worth it just for the view alone!
We weren't shoulder to shoulder with anyone, we could breathe, and I learned that there is even projections on the bottom of the castle. I never knew that before!
We purchased the Post Party ticket and I highly recommend this versus the other options. The beauty is that you have no strict time limit. Cast Members will lead you to your viewing area about an hour before the fireworks, so you claim your spot before the Pre-Party Ticket holders.
But here's something you may not think about... If you have the Post Party and have no time limit to enjoy your desserts, then that means you can enjoy an absolutely empty Magic Kingdom!! Overall, it was an experience that I will never forget and it was worth EVERY penny!
That being said... I'm a parent. I have 3 kids. You will note that I didn't include them in this review. I didn't bring them for a reason. I love them, but late nights don't love them. Some kids may be able to handle it, but from what I saw, most kids there were not a fan of staying up until 11:00 PM after a long night.
My mom and I made some new friends at the dessert party, enjoyed the treats, some champagne, (yes, it's included!) and then we got to take pictures in an empty park. It was amazing! Truly breathtaking.
BUT! Don't make our mistake! If you are a resort guest and relying on taking a bus back to your resort, it's important to know that the buses stop running an hour and half after the park closes.
So, if you don't want to be like me and chase down the bus, keep an eye on the time!
I am a mother of three that has refused to grow up. Adulting is for the birds, so I go to Disney World every chance I get for that magical escape from reality. I believe that Haunted Mansion is the best ride in all of the Disney Parks, and I am fervently in team Happily Ever After for fireworks spectaculars, (sorry, not sorry, Enchanted). Finally, I hope I never grow tired of skipping down Main Street, USA, and my dream come true would be "friends with" the Fairy Godmother in my old age.
