Disney’s BoardWalk Resort is a deluxe resort hotel located in the Epcot Resort area of Walt Disney World in Florida. The resort is designed to resemble a turn-of-the-century Atlantic City boardalk and features classic charm and whimsical touches throughout its design.

The resort offers a variety of room types, including standard rooms, garden or water view rooms, and club-level rooms. There are also several suites available, including a two-story loft suite and a presidential suite, in addition to Disney Vacation Club Villas.

Coming soon is The Cake Bake Shop to Disney’s BoardWalk. This charming bake shop will feature high-end sweets like macarons, cakes, pies, cheesecakes, and more.

According to Disney, the new Cake Bake Shop is due to open in 2023.

Is Parking Free at Disney’s Boardwalk?

Parking is free if you park at the designated area for Disney’s BoardWalk. Do make sure you have a confirmed reservation that you can show the guard along with an ID. If you are a Disney Hotel guest, new for 2023, Disney has announced that self-parking at resorts is now free again, as well!

Can I stroll the boardwalk and eat at the restaurants without staying at Disney or buying a ticket to one of the parks?

Yes! You will need a dining reservation to be able to park for free at one of the boardwalk hotels though.
