There is so much to do and experience at Epcot! While this park is known for the food and drinking there are a lot of fantastic attractions to do at this park as well. Let’s a take a look at the breakdown of each attraction at Epcot.
Split into two separate sections, Future World and World Showcase. Future World has a focus on technology and the different areas of science. When you enter into World Showcase, it is a display of the different cultures of the world.
While this is a great park, I don’t recommend it for families focused on little ones, especially if their trip is 5 days or less. There is less to do with kids here and your time would be better spent at another park.
Future World
Test Track

Time: 3 min intro, 5 minute ride
Suitable for: Anybody 40″ or taller who can handle some jerky movements and high speed
Recommended? Yes
When to visit: First 30 minutes after park open or hour before park close, or use Fastpass +
Tips: If you are tall opt for the front row there is more leg room. Also, if the line is long try out the single rider line.
If you feel the need for speed then you should hit Test Track and reach speed of 65 miles per hour. First you will build your own sim car to take on the track and test out. Challenge your family and see whose car can win out on the track!
Soarin’

Suitable for: Anybody 40″ or taller
Recommended? Definitely
When to visit: First 30 minutes after park open or hour before park close, or use Fastpass +
Tips: Ask to be seated in the front row to avoid seeing dangling feet in front of you during the ride
This is your chance to visit all the wonders of the world. Recently updated Soarin’ is a hang glider that takes you in front of a massive IMAX like screen to make you feel like you are really touring all these destinations.
Living with the Land

Time: 14 minute ride
Suitable for: Anybody
Recommended? Only as a time filler, not a high priority
When to visit: Anytime (closes early at 7pm)
Take a boat journey through the greenhouses at Epcot. This slow moving ride is educational and relaxing. The food you float by here is actually served in some of the nearby restaurants.
Mission Space

Time: 7 minute pre-show and 5 minute ride
Suitable for: Anybody 40″ or taller who can handle simulators
Recommended? Yes
When to visit: First hour the park is open or the last hour or use a Fastpass +
Tips: To prevent motion sickness on the Orange Team, just keep looking forward.
Mission Space is a flight simulator ride. This attraction has two levels, Orange Team is intense spinning version, the Green Team is the team no spinning version. If you are claustrophobic this is not the attraction for you as you board a pod simulator that seats 4. Once activated the screen comes right in front of your face and there is a feeling of being trapped.
The Seas with Nemo and Friends

Suitable for: Anybody
Recommended? Yes
When to visit: Anytime
Board your clam shell and journey through a tunnel inside of the seas fish tank! Along the way you will also see familiar friends from Finding Nemo. Once instead the exhibit area be on the lookout for special demonstrations they do throughout the day.
Turtle Talk with Crush

Interact with Crush from Finding Nemo! Yup that’s right you go into a special tank that allows Crush to see, hear and chat with you. So have your questions ready.
Spaceship Earth

When to visit: Anytime after the morning, guests typically pile in heavy in the early hours as it’s the first attraction they see.
Inside the giant “golf ball” at Epcot Spaceship Earth takes you through the history of communication in the world. It takes you all the way from cave paintings, the printing press, and personal computers.
Journey into Imagination with Figment

Suitable for: Anybody
Recommended? Not a high priority but with relatively few attractions for little ones, this should definitely be on the “must see” list for families with young children.

This ride is every Frozen fan dream! This boat ride takes you along the previous track of Maelstrom. During the ride you can expect the familiar characters and songs everyone loves from Frozen.

This film cover the people of China and their culture. After the film be sure to head into the scale model of the tomb warriors. These were buried with the Qin Dynasty emperor to protect him in the afterlife.
American Adventure

This show features the history of America. The show consists of a mix of animatronics and a movie. The show is narrated by Mark Twain and covers history from the founding of the United States to modern day.

This move showcases the beauty of France in 200 degrees and across five different screens. Unlike China and Canada this theater offers its guests seats.
