Getting autographs can be one of the most memorable experiences of a Disney World vacation. Your standard autograph books are great and all but there are some pretty awesome alternatives out there to collect Disney character autographs! So we are going to cover all the unique and creative ways to collect Disney character autographs.
Disney Character Autographs on a Tee Shirt

You can bring one of your kids existing shirts or make this fabulous autograph shirt. Use this adorable shirt to gather autographs from all of your favorite characters and princesses at Disney! Photo Mat for Character Autographs
Having a signed mat with a picture from your trip is the perfect way see all those autographs in your home. You can opt for one large mat to try to get all the characters in or you could do four different mats, one for each park where you met the characters! There are dozens of options available at Amazon or your local craft store. I recommend you look out for the signature frames that are intended as a wedding guest book, it will give you more room for the characters to sign!

These character plush dolls are actually made for autographs, so there are no worries about not being able to read the handwriting or the surface not being suitable to hold ink. As these guys come from Japan make sure to order ahead of time because they will take a little bit longer to ship.
Polaroid Pictures
Shake it like a Polaroid picture! Does that song pop into anyone else’s mind or just me? With the revival of instant film cameras, comes an opportunity to snap a picture with a character and then have them sign it on the spot. Pillowcase for Disney Character Autographs
Definitely, don’t overlook the pillowcase option, they display nicely, especially when you have the characters sign in different colored Sharpies, and the pillowcases make for an awesome keepsake
Ornaments
Break out those paint pens and get your favorite Disney characters to sign an ornament for you. This is a great way to get a beautiful Disney ornament on the cheap. We all know the ones Disney sells come at a steep price tag! You can opt for the wooden style flat ornament above or go for a plastic ball ornament that can even hold a picture. I would stay avoid glass it’s going to break being trekked around the park all day.

Once again Sharpie markers or paint pens will do the trick for signing a blank canvas tote like the one pictured above.
Classic Disney Autograph Book
If you want to keep it old school you can go with the classic Disney autograph book. I do still have mine tucked away from when I was a kid and was brave enough to finally meet the characters. If you are looking to pick one up before your vacation they actually sell them at the Disney Store online.
White Baseball Cap for Character Signatures
Another way to create a memento that you can wear again and again. Pick up a nice light color cap, like this Disney one pictured above, and let the characters sign it on your vacation.
